Phuentsholing-Thimphu-Paro-Phuentsholing Tour [5 Days / 4 Nights]

Day 01

N.J.P Rly. Station / Bagdogra Airport – Phuentsholing

On arrival at N.J.P Rly. Station / IXB Bagdogra airport you will be received by our Proffessinal representative who will be waiting just outside of the airport (customs area)/Rly. Station for a traditional welcome and proceed for Phuentsholing (980 ft./142 km/3 hours) ,through the lush green as well as most beautiful Tea garden in Douars.On arrival at Phuentsholing ,The most rapidly growing town in Bhutan check in into the premium hotel. Overnight stay in Phuentsholing

Day 02

Phuentsholing – Thimphu

After breakfast proceed for Thimphu(7875 ft./170km/7 hours).And after a short drive visit Kharbandi Gompa to get a breathtaking view of Phuentsholing also the Indian plains. Being the nature loving and friendly with the Guest we stop our journey on the way time to time to see & feel the Bhutan Himalayan scenery. We will take a lunch break and again start our journey on the way we will reach the highest point of about 2800m/9,185ft. Before reaching Thimphu again we will stop to visit Simtokha Dzong. On arrival at Thimphu check in at hotel & you will be take care by our hotel’s premium hospitality. Overnight stay in Thimphu.

Day 03

Thimphu Sightseeing Tour

Visit Tashichhodzong, the main secretariat building which houses the throne room of his Majesty, the King and also the summer residence Je Khenpo (Chief Abbot) as well as the central monk body. Visit Pangri Zampa Monastery, situated just beyond Dechencholing Palace (5 km from thimphu),this temple was the first residence of Shabdrung Ngawang Namgyal when he arrived in Bhutan in 1616 A.D. ,this is the great ancestor of the Shabdrung.Visit National Library for extensive collection of Buddhist literature .Visit Zorig Chusum (commonly known as printing school for traditional art & crafts of Bhutan).Visit National Institute of Traditional Medicine(out side only) .Proceed for National Memorial Chorten, a huge stupa built in memory of the third King who reigned from 1952-1972. Visit Handicraft Emporiam and craft shope also visit Folk Heritage & National Textile Museum. Night halt at Thimphu.

Day 04

Thimphu – Paro

After breakfast embark for Paro valley. On arrival at Paro check in into the premium hotel in Paro Valley. Evening free for Paro city where you will get an opportunity to find out some unique Bhutanese Handicraft in the local shope.Night halt in Paro.

Day 05

Paro Sightseeing Tour

The valley of Paro contains a wealth of attractions. After the break fast proceed for the valley to get a view of the ruins of Drukgyel Dzong (18 km),which holds great historical significance also visit Kyichu Lhakhang ,one of the oldest and most sacred shrines of the Royal Kingdom. Visit Ta Dzong; once a watchtower built to defend Rinpung Dzong during inter valley war of the 17th. Century, which was inaugurated as Bhutan’s national museum in 1968. Visit Rinpung Dzong .A flagstone path rises gradually from a wonderful wooden bridge with shingle roofing and abutted by two guard houses, to the dzong.Today, The Dzong is the seat of district administration as well as the home for the monastic school. Also know its incredible history. Night stay in – Paro.

Day 06

Phentsholing

After early breakfast embark for Phentsholing 175 kms(7 hours).Over night stay in Phentsholing.

Day 07

Phentsholing

N.J.P Rly Station / Bagdogra Airport ( 4 hours) for the farewell day of your magnificent tour so do spare few minute of your valuable time and write to tell us how much you enjoyed the tour in this incredible part of world .After break fast with many wonderful memories proceed your destation.
